Yvonne Fischer
Lead Guide/Founder
“My retreats turn strangers into kindred spirits—where honest conversation and shared moments blossom into meaningful, lasting connections.”
Hi, I’m Yvonne, the heart behind Wild Morpho Retreats. After 25 years in the service industry—welcoming guests in restaurants, hotels, and shops—I discovered what I loved most: creating meaningful connections and making people feel truly seen and cared for.
As a stay-at-home mother, I realized I didn’t want to return to the 9-to-5 grind. Instead, I longed for something more soul-satisfying—work that blends community, nature, and well-being. That dream has blossomed into these retreats, where women come together to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the wild beauty of the natural world.
I hold a 200-hour yoga instructor certification, having studied under yoga master John Friend and senior Anusara Yoga teachers, and I am also a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. These practices, combined with my love for yoga, wellness, and the outdoors, shape the experiences I create. Whether it’s through movement, mindful conversation, or quiet time in nature, I believe in nurturing body, mind, and spirit.
When I’m not guiding women back to their wild, authentic selves, you’ll often find me paddleboarding—drifting along the edge of land and water, where I feel most alive.
My hope is that each retreat gives you space to breathe, connect, and rediscover the joy of living fully and freely.

Meg Neff
Chef &
Retreat Coordinator
Meg is a nature-inspired chef whose cooking is rooted in seasonality, nourishment, and vibrant whole foods. She brings years of hands-on experience growing, preparing, and sharing food in ways that foster connection, joy, and well-being. Inspired by tropical abundance, coastal cultures, and garden-fresh ingredients, Meg creates meals that are colorful, satisfying, and deeply nourishing — food that feels both grounding and quietly special.
Raised among the alpine lakes and forests of South Lake Tahoe, Meg grew up snowboarding, boating, and exploring mountain trails and rivers. This lifelong connection to the natural world continues to shape her approach to food: simple ingredients, prepared with care, and shared in beauty.
A lover of travel and ocean life, Meg draws inspiration from the places she explores — from local markets to coral reefs and coastal kitchens. At Wild Morpho Retreats, she brings this spirit to every table, crafting meals that support restoration, pleasure, and connection.
For Meg, the greatest joy is nourishing people and watching shared meals become moments of ease, warmth, and belonging.

Oriana Alejandra Carvajal
Cacao Ceremony Facilitator &
Pilates, Face Yoga & Dance Guide
I am a mother, and the act of creating and sustaining life has given me a deep sense of belonging and rootedness on Earth. For many years, I have walked the path of self-knowledge, supporting ceremonies with sacred plants as part of my service to life.
I am a Pilates and Facial Yoga teacher, and a guide in tantric meditations. Working with the body has been an essential pathway for healing, presence, and recognizing the wisdom that lives within my body.
I live in a small town surrounded by nature in Costa Rica, where the earth, silence, and natural cycles have been a profound medicine for my emotional and spiritual well-being. From this place, I support processes of reconnection, inner listening, and returning to the body as our primary home.
